Return & Refund Policy

 

At Kviflon, we want you to shop with confidence. If you have any questions about your order, our support team is here to help. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

 

1. Return Window

 

We accept return requests within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

uninstalled

unused

in its original packaging

returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags

 

Returns requested after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

 

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

 

All returns must be approved in advance and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our support team. Returns sent without authorization may not be identifiable or processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide photos of:

the item

the packaging

the shipping label

the issue observed

Once reviewed and confirmed, Kviflon will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

replacement parts

a replacement item

a partial refund

a full refund, where applicable

In these cases, Kviflon will cover the cost of the resolution as applicable.

For missing parts or minor issues, Kviflon may first offer replacement parts or another practical solution before authorizing a return or full refund.

 

4. Preference-Based Returns

If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, such as:

change of mind

style or color preference

size not suitable for your space

compatibility concerns not caused by a product defect

ordering by mistake

 

you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains uninstalled and unused in original packaging.

For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for any applicable return-related costs as outlined below.

 

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to a Kviflon issue

 

Examples include:

 

item arrived damaged

item is defective

wrong item was sent

item is materially different from the order

 

In these situations, Kviflon will cover the reasonable return or replacement-related cost, or provide another appropriate solution.

 

If the return is due to customer preference

 

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for applicable costs, which may include:

 

return shipping

handling costs

any non-refundable shipping charges already incurred

 

6. U.S. Return Address

 

If your return is approved, your RMA email will include the return instructions and the correct return address.

 

Approved returns should be sent only to the address provided by our support team.

7. Optional Partial Refund / Keep the Item

 

For some preference-based return requests, Kviflon may, at its discretion, offer an alternative resolution:

 

Keep the item + partial refund

 

This option is intended to help customers avoid the inconvenience and potential expense of return shipping. If offered, the partial refund amount will depend on the order, product condition, and specific circumstances.

 

This option is voluntary and will be confirmed by email if applicable.

 

8. Order Cancellation

 

Within 24 Hours of Purchase

 

Orders may usually be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

 

After Processing or Shipment

 

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and then contact us for return options, if eligible.

 

9. Refused Delivery

 

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not caused by Kviflon, any refund may be reduced by costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

 

outbound shipping charges

return shipping charges

carrier interception or rerouting fees

handling costs

other logistics-related charges

 

These deductions may be significant depending on the size and shipping method of the item.

 

10. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

installed or used items

items missing original packaging or parts

items returned without RMA authorization

customized or made-to-order products

expedited shipping charges once the service has been performed

return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

 

11. Refund Processing Time

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

 

12. Product Notes

 

Please note:

 

slight color differences may occur due to screen or monitor settings

manual measurements may vary slightly within a reasonable tolerance

minor variations that do not affect normal use are not considered defects

 

Kviflon is not responsible for third-party installation, electrician, or labor costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.
